This picture was
taken in Spring, 1981 at the Bushidokan Dojo, Sparks, Nevada.
At this time, there were over 150 students attending classes full time. These
were the active teaching Black Belts on the mat. Classes were held
mornings, afternoons, kids class in late afternoons, and evening class five
days a week, and two classes a day on weekends. Sensei was (is) Herb LaGue
(Yodan at that time), Steve McLaughlin, Instructor (Nidan at that time).
